We live in a country that is highly stimulated and influenced by what we see. Drama ia an avenue of expression that will attract all and is an excellent vehicle for portraying the Work of God. The purpose of the Drama ministry is to present the Gospel in dramatic form. All dramas that are presented at New Life have a strong scripture base.
The goals that the Drama ministry strives to accomplish are as follows:
- Present at least two major dramas annually to high light the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
- Engage the participation of all ages in dramatizing the Gospel.
- Provide an opportunity for expression of those gifted in drama.
- Open a door to discover talents in the church that haven’t been revealed and provide variety and excitement in presenting the work of God.
Any member, who is interested in this area of ministry, is encouraged to try our for various parts whenever production for plays is in process. This will be arewarding and growth producing experience leading to your perfection in Christ.
