“But by the grace of God I am what I am; And his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain….” (1 Corinthians 15:20)
Trophies of Grace are a New Life in Christ ministry that focuses upon the unique needs of women.
(Psalm 139:14) gives the design in which God has created women; “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully make; marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”
Women are made in the image of God, after his likeness; yet, women are unlike any other. There is a unique factor in every woman; however, women are complex creatures. Sometimes women find it hard to understand themselves and it is equally hard for men to understand who women are and what makes women “tick”.
God made woman this way and He understands.
Some of the goals of this ministry are as follows:
- Bring women to a more personal and intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ through the teaching and studying of God’s Word.
- Promote unity, oneness, and fellowship among the women of God.
- Bridge the generation gap by teaching and sharing with the younger women God’s design for women.
- Be an extension of outreach for our local assembly.
- Train women in the ministry area of Deaconess, Altar Worker, Hospitality, Outreach, etc. here at New Life.
Accomplishing the above goals will allow “Trophies of Grace” to minister to the unique needs of each other.
